WHAT IS IPE
Interprofessional Education is a growing national movement which focuses on providing education to multidisciplinary health professionals in a setting which encourages learning with, from and about each other’s professions.
IPE TEACHING AT U-M
By providing learning opportunities to foster integrated, collaborative teams among health professions, the ultimate goal of Interprofessional Education (IPE) is to transform and improve patient care and population health outcomes.
TOOLKIT
We have prepared a toolkit for U-M faculty to assist in convert existing courses into IPE courses. This toolkit provides tools to address administrative, instructor, and course-related aspects of converting a class to an IPE offering.
